Total Cost is $5.00 per pound of hanging weight. Approximately $3550-$3600. Larger animals may be more depending on final weight.

A whole steer is approximately 400 lbs. of frozen beef. 50% of the 400lbs will be made up of steaks, roasts, short ribs, brisket, stew meat, etc. and the other half will be made up of ground beef. Cuts received will depend on your selections on the cut sheet.

To secure your beef share:

  1. Pay our $350 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance.

  2. We will personally reach out to you via email to provide you with your customized Cut Sheet. Your Cut Sheet serves as your instruction guide for our processor, specifying how you'd like your animal to be butchered and detailing the cuts you'll receive in return. If this is your first experience with a beef share or if you would like assistance in tailoring the cuts to best suit your family's needs, feel free to schedule a call with us, and we will work together to fill out your Cut Sheet. We are here to help!

  3. You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately two weeks from your selected processing date. We will then arrange a time for you to come pick up your beef direct from our farm. 

  4. Your remaining balance will be due at pickup.
